Special Study Spaces

The Graduate Study Lounge is located in the breezeway of the WongAvery Library. (For more location information, WongAvery 1st Floor map.) After registration, UC San Diego graduate and professional students can make use of the larger room in this space for individual study or computer use while the smaller room can be used by small to moderately sized groups for collaborative work.

If you are looking for spaces that are “Zoom-friendly,” Geisel Library has collaborative study areas on floors 1 & 2. Headphones are recommended and can be borrowed from the BorrowBot in the Geisel Service Hub using your UC San Diego ID. Additionally, current UC San Diego students, faculty, and staff with a UC San Diego email address can reserve a group study room. Group study rooms are intended for 2 or more people.
