Troubleshooting
If your selected film, music, or audio isn’t playing properly, you may need to allow pop ups and cookies from the vendor website.
You may also need to clear your browser cache and cookies. Be sure to close the browser and restart it after clearing out cache and cookies and after ensuring you are on the UCSD-Protected wifi or have VPN set up correctly.
Note for Canvas users: Some course items, including streaming media, require that you open the link in a new tab to function properly.
