Reserves are course-related materials made available, either electronically or physically, through the UC San Diego Library. Log into the Course Reserve system to see the list of courses and materials that have been placed on reserve by your instructor.
Course Reserves are limited to currently enrolled students. For access to your course reserve items, please log in to the Course Reserve system. For additional information regarding course reserves or for login help, please visit our Course Reserves Information for Students page.
Electronic Course Reserves
You can find links to articles, e-books, and streaming media from the course reserve system. Please note, you must be on a campus IP address (eg. campus computer, UCSD protected wireless, VPN with 2-Step Secured - allthruucsd) to access electronic content.
Physical Course Reserves
While course items are offered in a digital-first model, single copies of physical materials may be available when a digital copy is not available. These course items are located in the Reserve Room at the Geisel Library Service Hub and are for in-room use only during Geisel Service Hours.
